Delivery

Individual orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.ase contact SF Express yourself.

Shipping and delivery is handled by a third-party provider. After we have shipped your order, please contact the courier service used (e.g. SF Express or DHL).

Disclaimer

If you do not provide a valid contact phone number when submitting the order, the order will be immediately cancelled and refunded.

Once the order is processed, we cannot change any personal information (including phone number and address) provided by the guest. Please contact the courier company to change your information. All additional costs (if any) will be borne by the customer.

IOW is not responsible for any delay, loss or damage during transportation, and we reserve the right to deny refund for any reason.

In the event of any problems encountered during shipping, please contact the courier service.

Overseas Orders

Any customs issues, fees, import duties, and any additional costs related to transportation will be fully borne by the customer.

IOW is not responsible for any other additional costs (e.g. customs charges and import duties) that are not included in original shipping costs.

If the customer’s order is returned by the local customs, IOW is not responsible for any delay, loss or additional costs.

In the event of a refund, Once the goods are delivered to the local area, if they cannot be delivered to the customer for any reason or are returned by the customs, we can only return the price of the product on the order, and we will not be able to refund the shipping cost of DHL.

If the customer wants our company to re-ship the goods, they need to bear all the costs and risks involved.

Before your place an order, please contact your local customs office for any inquiries regarding inspection requirements. IOW is not responsible for understanding the custom laws of your country.
